1. Service Description

Mila AI ("Mila", "we", "our", "the Service") is a personal AI assistant platform that operates through Telegram and other messaging channels. Mila provides conversational AI features including memory, reminders, message drafting, and general assistance in Hebrew and English.

The Service is currently in early access (beta). Features, availability, and functionality may change at any time without prior notice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Mila AI. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

You may register using Google Sign-In or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Mila AI, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Share your Telegram bot token or account access with unauthorized third parties
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

6. Data and Privacy

Mila AI processes and stores conversation data, personal preferences, reminders, and contact information that you provide through the Service. This data is used solely to deliver and improve the Service.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as AI model providers and cloud hosting) strictly as needed to operate the Service.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

7. AI-Generated Content

Mila AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, reminders, and message drafts. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any information or content provided by the Service before acting on it.

Mila AI does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and technology comprising the Service are the property of Mila AI and its licensors. You retain ownership of any personal content you provide to the Service (messages, notes, contacts).

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Mila AI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mila AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also discontinue use of the Service at any time by ceasing to interact with your Mila assistant.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.
